Ingredients: Glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice), Matricaria recutita (chamomile), Rosa sp (rose), Cyclopia intermedia (honeybush), Calendula officinalis (calendula).
Directions for use: Place 1- 2 teaspoons of herb into an infuser or teapot. Add 1 cup of boiling water and steep for 5-10 minutes.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Cautions: Do not consume if pregnant/breastfeeding or with high blood pressure. Do not consume if you are allergic to the Asteraceae family.
