Ingredients: Cymbopogon citratus (lemongrass), Zingiber officinale (ginger), Cyclopia intermedia (honeybush), Cinnamon cassia (cinnamon), Illicium verum (star anise).
Directions for use: Place 1- 2 teaspoons of herb into an infuser or teapot. Add 1 cup of boiling water and steep for 5-10 minutes.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Cautions: Do not consume if pregnant/breastfeeding.
